red cashmere and floral velvet......
i am a huge fan of building a wardrobe. so when new pieces work with things i already own it's an easy decision about purchasing it. these velvet floral giada forte pants were from last fall. i loved them and wish i also owned the blazer too - but i don't.
the wilkins sweater is a fave of mine and i thought the berries would be perfect with these pants. i layered it over a black silk/cotton giada shirt and left it untucked. these gold dries van noten boots are amazing...red leather piping and black beads are just perfection.
this was a little outside my comfort zone with the velvet pants tucked into the boots but i wanted to try something different.
i liked it and figured i don't want to ever be stuck in a look. what do you guys think? so, live a little and sometimes you just have to play.
