color block cardi..............
the mary kate cardi has been one of my favorite sweaters that i designed. it's had many versions: shrunken, midi, maxi....and now color blocked.
the mary kate is a long & lean cardi knit using 100% chunky extra fine merino. so soft and cozy you'd never believe it was wool. this one is in peach, sea fan, kelp and taupe. underneath it i layered with loup charmant's silk scoop tank & souchi crop kehle in grapefruit.
and, check out this leather floral print tara bag from cindy kirk with mauve metallic cross body adjustable strap.
when mixing colors, layers and textures i like to play with the accessories. today, i added the leather bag mentioned above and the ace cheetah ankle boots. krewe shades and superduper paperboy hat. the jeans are amo's 'babe' jean. i think these run a lil small so size up.

we love the complete look. i also, think it'd look great with closed ecru leaf jean or 3x1's claudia jean with the alanis combat boot.
