meet suzi's fave baggy jean.... the 'pearl'
i love jeans. i love new shapes. i love a wacky pair of denim.
meet the pearl jean from closed.
they are high waisted with a 'carrot' leg shape. meaning they are baggier through the thigh and taper to the ankle. i'm 5'3 and these hit me right at the ankle so are meant to be a few inches above the ankle to show off awesome shoes.
because of the baggy leg and high waist i decided to wear a crop sweater and high heels to give me a bit more height.
the pearl is fitted on the high hip and with the front and back yoke it's really flattering at the waist. i'm wearing it with the crop yasmeen (in medium to give a bit more length)....i'm not 20 anymore.
i love the pearl jean. we've got them in a new wash for fall. check em out.
