summer sweater style....

people think of sweaters and they think of cold weather. but, at souchi, i love a sweater year round. warm weather sweaters feel amazing on cool nights and indoors when air conditioning is at a high. the key to warm weather knits is to keep them light weight and breathable.

a souchi sweater is never just a sweater. and, the sharon crop pullover is no exception. it's boxy and one of my all time fave sweaters. this version is in our cashmere & cotton combo which is airy and has a soft hand. a pop of color is key in the warm weather and also makes a sweater feel less 'heavy' or 'wintery'. i love the contrast color turquoise x's along the shoulder. for early spring sometimes the early mornings and evenings can still be chilly. so a colorful variegated fringe scarf is cute and cozy. the chelsea high waist seamed jean is a new take on a skinny jean. it's not as tight as the ones from a decade ago (thank goodness!). these are somewhere between a skinny & a straight leg & the center front & back seams are sexy because they give the illusion of elongating the leg. the fisherman sera sandal from freda salvador goes with everything. if you're new to this blog check it out. we style them a lot!
