Shirt dress outfit for day

dreamy midi shirt dress from wear cisco. i am a new fan of their collection of shirts and dresses. the collection reimagines shirts & shirt dresses in the most beautiful cottons. here, we've got the midi shirt dress in a pretty cool navy.

  

what i love about their pieces is that there are extra buttons at the waist so that you can wear cinched at the waist or nipped at the waist. which gives this dress the ability to be sexy, slim or relaxed fit. i paired it with the marissa sandals as they are permanently attached to my feet.

post lunch and 2 glasses of wine i unbutton the dress for a slim a line look with a lot more room through the tummy. however, still sexy as it gives you some leg. i forgot to grab the bag but i'd suggest the tweed one from marian paquette. and, with a classic look i'd go with a twist on classic jewelry. the elvis long necklace & charlie hoop earrings. love.
