leather bomber and 90's plaid............
90's fashion....
a fan then and a fan now. it's an era that i don't really get sick of. i wonder if that's the case for everyone. meaning the decade you were in your 20's does it always hold a soft spot? i remember marc jacob's for perry ellis collection and it was instant love. i had to covet the pieces and then scour luxe consignment shops because all my money was being spent on art school supplies. but, i did get lucky with a black suede jacket with white top stitching. the love was real.
today's look was inspired by the maxi plaid and flannel dresses marc did in that collection. the campden dress from no. 6 evokes that vibe. i added the xin leather bomber and benning hat. the boots are freda salvador.
this is freda's hike boot which we are sold out of but we do have the nia which is also very cool.
plaid, leather, combat boots, hoop earrings and bangs. yep, it's the 90's. how cool are these asymmetrical hoops? love.
