You may special order most of our souchi collection styles or goods in your size (P-XL) and color preference (yarn inventory is subject to change at any time, so please send 1st and 2nd choice and we will contact you to confirm.) Simply add the item to your cart as a special order and enter your size needed and color preferences in the notes at checkout, or email your order details to orders@souchi.com with your name and contact information. There is no additional charge for special orders unless changes are requested (please note: we do not do custom designs, you must choose from our available style catalogue. )  Also note that most web promotions cannot be applied to special orders unless otherwise specified.

Special orders generally take between 2 and 5 weeks to ship.

Please notify us of all your sizing needs and requirements before we get to work on your garment as all sales are final on all special orders. please understand that due to the knitting process slight variations between garments is to be expected, we will do our best to meet your requirements.

we will notify you immediately if your desired style or yarn color is not available. we have many available styles, colors and yarn weights to choose from and take great care in providing you with a sweater that you will cherish for many years.
