All sales are final on sale (marked down) items and special orders.
All sales are final after 14 days from date of purchase.

Special orders include anything ordered that is not ready-made, or made to your specifications, or ordered for you from one of our vendors. Please contact us immediately if your order is not meeting your expectations. Special orders generally take 2-4 weeks to ship. Please see our special order information section of our website.

We hope that you treasure your purchases made with the souchi store, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and your item qualifies for an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 7 days from receipt of merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization, we will exchange your item for another size or color, or issue you store credit for the cost of the merchandise within 10 days. (We do not give refunds or money back unless your ordered item is not available)

Please be advised that you will be responsible for the original and additional shipping cost to return merchandise. We highly recommend that you insure your package for its full value and use a parcel delivery service that can track your package. Customers are responsible for merchandise until it reaches our shipping department. Returns sent to us without a Return Number are not valid.

All merchandise that is returned must be in its original condition, which includes all hang-tags attached. Please use caution when trying on merchandise. Merchandise that has evidence that it has been worn will also void your right to an exchange, merchandise that does not reach us within 14 days allotted will void your right to an exchange.

We do not have an in-stock guarantee. We do our best to make sure items that have sold are reflected online, we will contact you if your ordered item is not in stock and you will not be invoiced or charged until your order is confirmed.
