All sales are final on sale (marked down) items and special orders.
All sales are final after 14 days from date of purchase.

 

We hope that you treasure your purchases made with the souchi store,however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and your item qualifies for an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 5 days from receipt of merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization. We do not give refunds or money back unless your ordered item is not available.

 

Please be advised that you will be responsible for the original and additional shipping cost to return merchandise. We recommend that you insure your package for its full value and use a parcel delivery service that can track your package. Customers are responsible for merchandise until it reaches our shipping department. Returns sent to us without an Return Number will be refused.

 

All merchandise that is returned must be in its original condition, which includes all hang-tags attached. Please use caution when trying on merchandise. Merchandise that has evidence that it has been worn will also void your right to an exchange, merchandise that does not reach us within 14 days allotted will void your right to an exchange.
